Expandable Spine Cages in Spinal Fusion Surgery for Disc Disease Pain Relief: Expandable spine cages represent a significant innovation in spine fusion surgery. Expandable #SpineCage devices start small during insertion and expand once properly positioned, offering surgeons optimal control and precision in restoring proper spine alignment and disc height. Unlike traditional static cages, expandable cages can be inserted through smaller incisions and expanded in multiple directions, reducing nerve retraction + potential tissue damage. Latest designs feature both vertical expansion for height restoration + medial-to-lateral expansion for improved endplate coverage for:
• Minimally invasive insertion #SpineSurgery
• Customizable expansion to fit patient anatomy
• Reduced risk of endplate damage
• Improved surgical outcomes
.
Recent clinical studies show that expandable cages can achieve superior segmental lordosis correction vs. static cages, with some designs offering up to 20° of lordotic correction. However, proper surgical technique and careful expansion are crucial to prevent subsidence. Some newer expandable cages incorporate 3D-printed titanium surfaces designed to enhance bone integration and fusion rates. Always consult with an experienced, qualified spine specialist to determine the best treatment options for your specific condition. #degenerativediscdisease #backpainrelief

If I had known earlier that Dr. Saurabh Kapoor Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi would make my life miserable and paralyze me from work, I would never have gone to him for surgery. I 100% hope that the Creator will judge Dr. Saurabh.

I have 6 bulging disc, L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, S1.
Three of the disks are disc bulge with abuts the bilateral traversing. So the disk bulge is pinching on both sides. All 6 disks have moderate facet arthropathy. The pain is there everyday, it keeps me up when trying to sleep, bending over too much some days it's more manageable other times I can hardly walk or bend. PT did nothing but make me feel worse, I had steroid injections, nerve blocks and nerve ablation. But I still have pain. I'm a little worried about getting surgery. Any info on opinions would be greatly appreciated

I had a fusion of L3 and L4. They drilled a large hole in one rib to do it because of complications of my weird spine. Put in a bunch of stints and some other parts from an old Sears sewing machine (at least that what it feels like).
I’m wondering if all this wonderful handy work can be undone and upgrading to the new version of pieces/parts?

Why not stem cell injections into the joint? Oh it doesn’t require surgery? Therefore there is no money to be made with a team of professionals cutting you open! Yet stem cell injections are having phenomenal results. However you used to have to fly to Mexico and pay $30,000 for that treatment.

Remember this, every doctor or dea that needs an anxiety or pain meds gets it. If you have a legitimate painful disability that needs opioids to function and the doctor refuses out of fear, You must, file a criminal complaint of torture of omission. When you see that the doctor had to quit and it costs them their job and home, you will be saving a holocaust victim from DEA/NAZI death. You’ll feel much better knowing the doctors will demand they help you or get criminally charged. Talk to medical malpractice lawyer. This hurts doctors like they hurt you. Fight back, your doctors sipping drinks in Hawaii laughing at your suffering and labeling you an addict. Go to the Doctor Patient Forum for ways to fight back. 😮
