  2. My lower back has been hurting all day and I love that I could search through all of your workouts to find just what I need. I've done this stretch before but I didn't notice it said daily😮 so for my lower back I will be doing this stretch. I feel so much better😊

  3. Feedbach tip: Exercises are good. Tone of voice and music too. But adding appliences in the middle of the workout that are not mentioned before are not great. Maybe mention everything you need for the workout before hand.

  4. I love this video!
    My orthopedic surgeon had me do the same exercises when I tore both of my rotator coast in my 20s at his facility located in Atlanta Georgia. He told me I could have the surgery where he could put pins and screws in my lower back but suggested putting it off. He said I would have to have a repeat surgery like every 10 years or so. I decided that was not for me.
    Now, I’m 55 and I started a workout routine with a personal trainer one day a week and he gives me homework to do Monday and Friday that I’m not with him as he and I work out on Wednesday evening.
    For me just walking for two months on the treadmill anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour each time, really didn’t make much of a difference. This is when I decided to get a Personal Trainer 🙏. He and I do strength training Where is bodyweight and free weight. Form is everything!
    I feel like I’m getting stronger every day.
    If you decide to enlist strength training for overall better health and strength, I would suggest talking to your doctor and then finding a trainer That has preferably a masters degree. You get what you pay for
    For a year working out with the trainer one day a week, $1450, and well worth it

  5. I needed this! I have sciatic issues from my past. This was very doable for me. Most floor exercises are difficult for me. However, I love and can do your standing workouts. I can't thank you enough for giving me so many options!
