  1. Excellent video. Very pleased to find such a commonsense, simple and effective approach to cervical facet syndrome.
    I have seen so many specialists over the years that I have lost count and none of them gave a solution and only very few could even make an accurate diagnosis. (I now think a lot of the medical professionals in this country are just a big joke)
    All I needed was the simple exercises that Dr Remy demonstates to relieve the pressure on my facet joints, and continuing the neck exercises built muscles in my neck so that I am symptom free most of the time.
