The best thing I've found for back health and pain relief is inversion tables. It's actually for me miraculous, not only pain relief but it straightened my spine, my left shoulder for years was lower than my right. It was a very uncomfortable feeling but now they are even and straight. Chronic pain in my left knee that I've had for a decade where I could not run or jog because of the pain, completely went away. And that was all from hanging just a minute a day for a week.

Thanks for this video. As a student, I spend almost the whole day seated studying, and it kills my back due the unpleasant position.
