  1. I love Jessica's Pilates workouts and especially these strengthening exercises and stretches for low back pain. My only suggestion for improvement is for Jessica to use the words lie down instead of lay (which means put) down; as an English teacher, I cringe every time she says it wrong. Thank you!

  2. I have had pains in hips and lower back for years and it got extremely bad after pregancy and birth. Not even a week on this routine and now I can lift up my 11kg+ boy with ease every time, no matter the position – thank you SO much! Absolutely recommend!

  3. I lose some rest because of my back pain. I like to rest on my side and this was tossing my hips out of place. With this certain back problems guidebook, Oliver two seven Blue it`s performed the trick. I could now get enough sleeping hours once again given that my back pain is fully gone.

  4. This video has helped me with back pain, I've been doing it several times a week. BUT!- the one ad break was annoying, and it just jumped to 3 ad breaks this last play! For a 10 minute video! So disruptive. Sadly I have to take this out of my regular rotation.
