  1. Really where is the scientific proof this works people that never have sciatica and experienced the pain always think they are the expert do not do this it could make it worst get X-rays first and refer to your back specialist find out exactly at what point the problem is

  2. Tried everything. Every stretch and nothing. I used to struggle to walk or stand in the same spot for 2-3 minutes. The lower muscles on each side of my spine would swell up. Went to the gym, physio, doctors and nothing helped. After physio worked on muscles each side of spine. I stood up for like 3 minutes and lied back down and the muscles were swollen again. By fluke years later, I had work that needed doing that required me to sit down for 1 minute ( legs were crossed when sitting) and stand. Of course I used my arms to help get up. I really struggled. After sitting cross legged and standing about 50 times I noticed I can stand and walk longer. The next day I had more work so I again I started sitting for 1-2 minutes crossing legs and then standing, trying to use my arm less. First the time in years I walked to the shop and came home without pain. After 10 years of insane back pain just sitting down cross legged on the floor and after 1-2 minutes getting up my pain went away.
