This was an awesome shoulder practice today. Fell on ice yesterday and landed on shoulder. Ouch! Positive is….since my wrists are so strong from yoga (thanks downward facing dog & planks) my right wrist is fine and braced me a bit before landing on shoulder. I will be repeating this one for a while. Thanks Adrienne . 🙏🏻

You are fabulous, you've been a staple part of my sporadic yoga diet for over a decade! This was delicious for my poor back and shoulders! With twisty arm thingy towards the end, my right arm going under right doesn't feel right. Like now painful but my arms are like 'no' 😂 the other way round I could really deep. I heard lots of yummy cracks in my spline at the bit. Magic as always lovely ✨💖

I really enjoyed your lesson! However, there are too many alternatives and detailed instructions to keep focused. Also, I wouldn’t rewatch the video because it’d be hard to keep the flow due to the talking and over explanations. But thank you! I enjoyed the set!
