  1. This was an awesome shoulder practice today. Fell on ice yesterday and landed on shoulder. Ouch! Positive is….since my wrists are so strong from yoga (thanks downward facing dog & planks) my right wrist is fine and braced me a bit before landing on shoulder. I will be repeating this one for a while. Thanks Adrienne . 🙏🏻

  2. I’m grieving the loss of my lil grey cat who passed on the 22nd. He loved hanging out with me doing yoga with adriene so I’m going to keep up my practice in his memory. I hope to be as confident and flexible as my little king of self-care, my charming little prince.

It’s good way to put me back in my body and breathe deeply instead of shutting out the hurt.

  3. I have been watching your videos almost every day for a year and this is the absolute best one I've come across. I have the tightest traps ever and this helped me immensely. They're so sore now I feel like I just got a hot cup massage lol. Thank you!!!

  4. You are fabulous, you've been a staple part of my sporadic yoga diet for over a decade! This was delicious for my poor back and shoulders! With twisty arm thingy towards the end, my right arm going under right doesn't feel right. Like now painful but my arms are like 'no' 😂 the other way round I could really deep. I heard lots of yummy cracks in my spline at the bit. Magic as always lovely ✨💖

  5. I really enjoyed your lesson! However, there are too many alternatives and detailed instructions to keep focused. Also, I wouldn’t rewatch the video because it’d be hard to keep the flow due to the talking and over explanations. But thank you! I enjoyed the set!
