  1. Oh my dear these exercises are excruciatingly painful, just made an old gal cry, please be careful folks, I do hope it helps as many as possible, I only last I few moments playing my gitar, have to put it down. We all need help tha k you, must pray for endurance and joy, smiles with others, pets flowers, the gifts God gives us for free, especially the ransom, that Jesus volunteered with his life. James chapter 1 verse 17. John chapter 3 verse 16. And chapter 17 3 and 6 Psalms chapter 37 verses 10,11 and 29. Revelation chapter 21 verses 3 thru 5 😊 agape ❤

  2. I have seen 76 summers and get pain relief immediately with your exercises, this one for thumb OA no exception.
Unable to use it for much of the day and now early morning after trying out this exercise for a few minutes already marked improvement. Amazing really and so simple. Many thanks.

  3. I'm glad I found your video! When my thumbs bother me, I pull on my thumb and crack the knuckle. This gives me a little relief for a while. I will definitely be using your stretching exercises.

  4. PhD biochemist here: Works like a charm. Even better for me when I upped my intake of glucosamine chondroitin. But it won't be healed in days or weeks. It takes a few months, so be patient.

  5. Amazing, I followed the instruction and did it for 3-4 minutes, twice this afternoon, and I don’t feel the pain now, it has been bothering me for the past 3-4 months ! It makes good sense as giving a swollen joint more space, it certainly reduced the pressure and friction! I am going to rub some diclofanate gel tonight which is a topical NSAIDs, to suppress the inflammation at the joint! It would be a miracle if I can stop this local arthritis which every doctor said arthritis is incurable! Thank you and will let you know.👍👍

  6. Wow thanks for your videos. I’ve been suffering thumb osteoarthritis for about 5 years now. The doctor just gave me NSAIDS which I hate to take. I just stumbled on your channel. I’ve watched 3 hand vids and have just done these exercises. Already my thumbs move more freely. I’ll keep going now and I hope this will make a great improvement. Your explanations are so clear, precise and make perfect sense. It’s very generous that you’re putting these videos out for people to help themselves. Thank you so much 😁

  7. I had no idea about this. I was grabbing my thumb and pulling.steady but gentally could actually feel what seemed like a separation or alignment. It has really helped with articulation . Now watching your video I see what I was on the right track, but I never did any gentle manipulation as you demonstrated. Well after adfing that my hand seems even less painful and moves more freely. I have had osteo in thumb for over 14 years. Thank you for all the hand help videos with info.
