If you use your joints too much, you’ll wear them out, right? This is a very common belief, even amongst doctors, and others who should know better. There is no evidence showing that using your joints causes them to wear out quicker.
Your joints, if fed the proper diet, can renew, rebuild, and rejuvenate the tissues that lead to optimal function for your age. To say otherwise, especially if you’re an orthopedic surgeon, is to be disingenuous. Joints don’t have to wear out, or be chronically inflamed if you treat them right.
Which diet, and which nutrients, decrease the inflammation in your joints and lead to healthier, happier joints? Check out this video and feel free to share it with someone who’s achy joints prevent them from living their life.

Here is the most un-inflammatory diet I've ever found! WATCH▶ http://bit.ly/KETO101
Hello, I'm a 28-year-old active football player. During my recent hip surgery, they found an 8x12mm cartilage defect. My surgeon told me I should quit football, or I'll need a hip replacement in 10 years.
I'm now 2 months post-op and have been on a strict carnivore/keto (meat, cheese, bone broth, eggs (Zero carbs)) diet for a month (inspired by Dr. Berry) and i take sumplements (Vitamin C, UC-II collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM) and everyday exercise. I feel great, but I need some real-world hope.
Is it really possible, like Dr. Berry says, that cartilage can constantly renew and potentially heal even a defect this size? Has anyone in this community been through something similar?
Thank you
Thank you for this video I have RA & OA in my spine , knees & ankles I’ve recently lost 2 st & 8 lbs since August I’ve also been careful what I’m eating the only sugar I have is in fruit no seed oils & low carb & my pain is reduced .
Having a horrible flare up and swelling of stage 4 knee arthritis starting carnivore. Two day's in and not sure if this is good for me😢
How do you get vitamin C on Carnivore? I like to do carnivore but where do I get vitamin C?
I sometimes eat Swiss Cheese and a few little tomatoes for vitamin C.
Keto got rid of my hand pain with osteoarthritis. Now my right shoulder is so painful.and Dr. says it's arthritis but diet isn't helping shoulder. O do eat occadional keto friendly Sprouted Wheat Bread sometimes but not lately….still hurts. My diet is pretty keto perfect for 7 months.
I’ve barely eaten sugar for years. Of course I’ll have some dark chocolate occasionally, but I consciously avoid sugary foods. I cook for myself. I do like bread, but I know people who eat far more than I do and have zero joint problems, while my doctor has already recommended a hip replacement for me.
So how does this make sense?
Does diet really matter this much only for certain types of people, while others can eat whatever they want without consequences?
I honestly don’t know how I could reduce my carbohydrate intake any further than I already have, even if I wanted to believe the statement above.
I exercised regularly, and I did notice that movement helped more than anything else. Still, the MRI showed a terrible result for my constant hip pain.
Thank you
So even if I have no more cartilage in one side of my knee, simply changing diet to ketogenic will help regrow cartilage? The doctor says once it’s gone, it can’t come back. I just entered my 40s and still have a few years until retiring from the military.
UK Wow! The lies we were told. I can tell you everything Dr Berry is saying is absolutely true. I suffered terrible pain in my hips and knees due to arthritis. Thought I would be in a wheelchair before my 65 th birthday the pain was so bad. . That passed several weeks ago. I changed to a carnivore diet 8 weeks ago and the pain is gone. I Do a lot of walking and swimming now.. Squats and other exercises that help build muscles in these areas. I hope this helps other arthritis suffers who listened to well intended misinformed professionals.
I really like you dude and believe what you say for the most part.. however… I am a very active person and have been doing carnivore for the last several months… My shoulder joint pain has literally gotten worse, almost unbearable at nights when I sleep… Trying not to take anything for it it feels impossible sometimes.. not sure what else to do
I am having severe pain from arthritis in my hands. The current recommended diet is lots of vegetables and grains but it doesn’t help. I’m 62 and very thin so don’t want to lose weight on keto. Can this work for me and still maintain weight?
But what is left if you are a pescatarian?
Osto arthritis
What about cervical stenosis doc
Tyfs dr Berry. You rock tons of truth.
I'm not trying to be stubborn I'm just being honest.. I didn't have joint pain in my shoulder, massive back and neck pain until after doing carnivore for about a month.. I'm not saying it is the diet that did it but it doesn't appear to have helped.
Anyone who truly wants to Learn …..Be Smart ….. Listen to this Incredible life changing channel!! Thank you Dr. Berry!!
I just got an xray back from the dr. I have mild degenerative of the hips , and I I just started a keto diet this past Monday , wish me well . I’m following you.
You hit it. I hurt my back at work. Herniated disc. I only ever used heat & electric stimulator. It helped some until surgery. I waited over 6 months. I was on Low carb during all this time.
Start a carnivore (except fish) diet and die of heart and circulation problems in no time.. Sorry, but this is a stick with shit on one end..
♥️
I eat 33 eggs a day and little else!
Does wonders
I can definitely attest to this. I went on a carnivore diet for what I thought was just gonna be six months for a cut just to try it but it is now my life style. I wake up not feeling swollen and jump out of bed everyday. I also have hoshimotos and my energy levels are now through the roof now. I honestly feel like a entire new person and I just want to say if you have rheumatoid arthritis I would without a doubt give it a try. I also went from 242 to 195 in the 6 months.
Thankyou Dr Berry for this information 🙏
Wow, so even brown rice is bad?
What can you eat?
So, if milk is a no-no then I suspect that cheese and yogurt is out too
why, if you go to a keto diet inflammation will not stop?
Can someone tell me how to know if i have problem wit oxalate and how to remove them.Thanx
