Do you have any videos or exercises you recommend once we’ve completed this for a month? This has been the only thing to truly help me with my L5 herniation and pinched nerve! I definitely cannot go back to my former workout routine yet but feel like I am ready for a level up from this! 🙂

Thank you Jessica ❤ Three months ago I was diagnosed with a herniated disc at L5-S1. The pain was so bad I could barely walk, and I felt really hopeless. I tried many different exercises online, but this is the only one that gave me real relief. At first I could only do half of the movement very gently, and now, after 30 days, I can almost do it fully. This exercise gave me strength, confidence, and hope.
I truly recommend it to anyone dealing with back pain, and I really hope you’ll share more videos for rehabilitation after back injury.

I was immobile due to a herniated disk. I could only walk for around 30 seconds before having to lie down due to the pain. It was difficult to find anything I could do in terms of exercise until I found this! I have been doing this video twice daily for around 5 weeks and the difference is incredible!! My mobility is better than it has been in months so I will continue to do it even now I am adding in more intense moves. Thank you so much for this video, your voice is also nice to listen to and you explain all the moves well. Highly recommend 👍
Credit where it's due! I've suffered on and off with back pain since an injury for YEARS. I've been doing this every morning for around 3 months now and I've had no severe pain ever since which is a new record. Thank you Jessica. I found this tonight and think I will be able to do it. All of my lumber discs are herniated causing a lot of pain. I’m wondering if you have any suggestions for knee pain. I have no cartilage under the patella so I have steroid injections. Patella Femoral. If you have suggestions to combine both the back and the knees it would be great. Many thanks. Julie

I wish I found your video 6 years ago when I suffered with my first herniated disc as i was told the only way was to perform surgery! now i have another one and ive been doing your stretches for a week and slowly walking again and so far its been really helping slowly. Im not on crutches this time round!
