I am into teaching job which requires me to stand for a considerable period of time….though I get to sit in between…..but how to manage this…..n why do I get knee n calf pain only in night?
I have knocking sound but zero pain
Doctor I have Knee arthritis and nerve pinching( L3/L4 disc compression) i want to loose weight. What are the activities I should do for that? Can I go gym and do cardio like biking/ rowing and lift weights? Can I do indian classical dancing? Kindly advice
