Ive been trying to find stretches for sciatic pain. By the time we got to the feet flexes, it was instant release. Maybe the timing and order of stretches did it – but amazing!

Just wanted to stop by and say I really enjoyed these stretches! I’ve got really bad arthritis, but I’m only 20 so I often forget to take it easy because of my illness. So I really appreciate when instructors take time to remind you not to push yourself too hard/modify poses as necessary. Helps me remember to listen to my body❤️
