  1. If you have low back and flexion issues I strongly recommend doing these BUT in reverse order. For me at least any rotational work challenges the muscles around the hips, low back, and glutes way more than keeping the body neutral.

  2. Great video! Great stretches! Just some feedback: for those of us actually doing these stretches in the morning when we wake up, the music iz incredibly loud and attacks my senses.

  5. I have been doing physical therapy for my back pain and just rotating/repositioning has me waking up completely. I try to stretch before bed time to help it from tightening up but I still do. Do you have any advice that can help with that?
