  1. Thank you! I just had a positive nerve block for diagnosis. I had a bad whiplash and brain injury years ago, I don’t have pain in the actual spine but I have referred pain and lots of headaches and dizziness. It all went away with the mbb, however I had major balance problems and I’m a figure skater… mri shows a small disc bulge which got better and mild ddd and mild osteophites but facets appear ok. Any other options aside from nerve ablation?

  2. Your explanations are very clear. I've been having right headache and neck tension since 2013 especially when I sit down or driving for long period.

This year I did MRI and shown C3 4 disc herniated and dr suggest for pecd/cervical endoscopy.
I'm not sure doing it because my symptoms just like you mentioned for facet syndrome.

Bu now it's getting worse. My neck is stiff. I got both left right head pressure in the back side of my head.

Since the facet syndrome is not easy to determine from MRI, now I'm thinking my pain coming from facet not disc herniated.

Please let me know your opinion.
