  1. I've seen all of these movements before but being elderly, I find that you move from one position to The next much too fast for me. Before I can turn over and start the moment, you're on to the next. I hope to find a modified version of these same movements that willl work more easily for me and probably many other older folks who need more time to transition between movements.

  2. This is my first time doing this stretch. I really enjoyed it but during the last stretch the bottom of my feet cramped up and I couldn’t keep them flat. Any suggestions? Or maybe it will get easier as I do this stretch daily?

  4. Hi, I’ve suffered with compression fractures to you the L1 and T12 vertebrae for almost a year…I have had the Kyphoplasty Procedure done and since then, have had several epidural
    injections because of lower radicular back pain. Would these stretches and exercises be helpful

  5. I’m new just subscribed. I have a torn labreal tear of my hip. Can’t seem to do anything anymore☹️I use to work out all the time haven’t for the last 5 years. Only cause I’m always in pain. Been taking collagen and it’s helping now I just need to figure out what kind of exercises I can do so I don’t get fatter
