  1. This is bullshit and I feel you need to be aware of this. Plenty of these exercises are what made my arthritis WORSE, because physios werent aware I had arthritis.

Pushups for example can tighten the muscles and restrict the joint. Causing further inflammation. Please dont just copy random exercises for upvotes.

  2. I have bone on bone arthritis in both. I’m trying to avoid shoulder replacement surgery. I’m currently in physical therapy. I’ll add these exercises too when I’m finished. Thanks.

  3. Well, I like the routine I’ve done most of those in some form or another but if you were as active as you look like you could be when you get to be by age 80 there’s a little pain and discomfort involved and it makes you lose your objectivity and I hope you make it because you know what I’m talking about

  4. . I'm 48. Not even a senior and have moderate osteoarthritis in both shoulders. 2 surgeons last year wanted me to book replacement surgery 😢 I need to defy the odds

  5. I am so grateful for this video. Doing these exercises now.

My head is spinning because I had no gradual build up. One day, I just could not move my right shoulder without excruciating pain, and I cannot connect it to any activity. I still have to schedule an MRI, but my x-rays are a little scary…osteoarthritis.🤦🏾‍♀️

I do have scoliosis that has suddenly become debilitating, but it’s all been lower back pain. Have you had any success with supplements? I am devastated to think that I’ll never be able to do yoga again. If you have an IG account, I’d love help deciphering a few words.

  6. Iv just been told that i am now bone on bone and only a shoulder replacement will fix it. I don't think im at that stage yet and i feel like there is something i can do for a few more years yet.
